Your tasks with us:

  • You are part of our service desk team and act as a contact person for internal customers throughout Austria.

  • You support them in 1st level support for standard processes in the Microsoft environment.

  • You are responsible for accepting, categorizing, and solving problems and tasks as part of incident management.

  • You are responsible for managing user accounts, access rights, and IT assets as well as installing and providing hardware and software.

  • In the case of complex inquiries, you work together with 2nd-level support to find a solution.

  • You create and maintain the documentation in our internal knowledge databases.

  • You support IT projects and contribute to the further development of internal processes.

Your profile:

  • Expertise: You have completed technical training and ideally already have professional experience in IT support. You have very good computer user skills and a strong technical interest as well as good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office.

  • Service orientation: You are characterized by a high level of service orientation and strong communication skills towards our internal customers and work in a solution-oriented and structured manner.
