Your tasks

  • Your main task will include supporting property management in all matters and taking on administrative and organizational tasks independently

  • They act as an interface function internally and externally and support the speakers in correspondence with tenants, owners, and professionals

  • They process telephone inquiries, obtain cost estimates, and commission repairs

  • Appointment coordination, invoice processing, and data maintenance in our software are also part of your daily to-dos
